PA "Counterpart-Sheriktesh" can perform representative functions for international organizations that do not have local representation through grant program administration, providing information about their activities, technical assistance, and monitoring and evaluation of grants.
Information Support
PA "Counterpart-Sheriktesh" provides information support to CSO support centers and key NGOs, which relay information about grant and educational programs to beneficiaries.
Social Partnership

The human rights direction focuses on providing knowledge in international and national laws, human rights conventions, their promotion and protection, as well as mechanisms and procedures for their implementation, in order to strengthen respect for human rights. Knowledge in human rights helps civil society organizations and beneficiaries to act and contribute to improving the human rights situation in the country.
